Australian Financial Services Uncover Client Engagement Preferences

Sydney, AUSTRALIA (12 March 2012) In the second half of 2011, Robert McGregor – Managing Director and his team at CRMNow joined forces with three companies. Leap of Faith, Prova and the CR Group. These three firms provide a variety of services to the Australian Financial Services industry.

With their help, CRMNow were able to produce a survey that both made sense to Financial Planners and resonated with mum and dad investors across Australia. The purpose of the survey was to uncover the engagement preferences of the clients of Financial Planners.

  • Were Australian’s anxious to engage via facebook or Twitter with their
    Financial Planner?
  • How did Financial Planners communicate with them today?
  • How would they prefer Financial Planners communicate with them tomorrow?
  • How do they feel about the value delivered by their Financial Planner? 

It was these questions, amongst many others, that CRMNow wanted to uncover. The end result was the 2011 Client Engagement Behaviour Survey Report. The survey was delivered by Financial Planners from a variety of firms with just over 400 individual survey’s completed.

The survey was open September through December 2011. Results were tabulated and analysed in January and February.
