The Oracle Social Network (OSN) provides collaboration for your entire Oracle Sales Cloud user community. Presented in a familiar, facebook style interface, Oracle Social Network allows user to engage around common items of interest.
For example, users can “follow” an Account, Contact or even an Opportunity. A salesperson can “share” their opportunity with their Sales Manager and Sales Director. The sales leadership team are able to keep track of opportunities and have that information appear directly within their Oracle Social Network Activity Stream.
