Oracle CRM On Demand helps you to manage all your company’s sales and customer service information. In conjunction with Oracle CRM On Demand Marketing, your digital marketing needs are met allowing the complete integration of your sales, service and marketing teams.

Email Inbound Auto Associate

This app is designed to reduce the amount of time Agents spend logging emails as Service Requests. An email Mailbox can be used for updating existing or creating new Service Requests through the use of automation and monitoring services.

Email Outbound Auto Associate

This app facilitates the combination of multiple steps into a single process via a single click. Following the creation of the email it will send and create a Completed Task against the Service Request for the user.

SMS Inbound Auto Associate

This app is designed to reduce the amount of time Agents spend logging SMS emails as Service Requests. An SMS email Mailbox can be used for updating existing or creating new Service Requests through the use of automation and monitoring services.

SMS Outbound Interaction

This app facilitates the combination of multiple steps into a single process via a single click. Following the creation of the SMS it will send and create a Completed Task against the Service Request for the Agent.

One Way Lead Logging

This app is a web page hosted by CRMNow which can be inserted into your website. It allows prospects, customers, or partners to send requests for information about your products or services which are loaded into Oracle CRM On Demand as a Lead.

One Way Service Request Logging

Similar to One Way Lead Logging, this is a “Contact Us” page, focused on Feedback, Complaints, Requests, etc. This app creates a Service Request within Oracle CRM On Demand.

This app allows automated logging of Service Requests by presenting an iFrame with certain fields on your website. These fields are then entered, via integration, directly into Oracle CRM On Demand. This is a direct capture of information and provides one way logging.

Two Way Service Request Logging

The Two Way Service Request Logging app is essentially a Web Portal and is supplied by CRMNow as a managed service to complement Oracle CRM On Demand and enable a web based user population to log and view Service Requests.

This Portal delivers Self Service access to the Oracle CRM On Demand data for customers, is provided by a Web application and is hosted by CRM Now. The Web application is written using ASP.NET technology and is deployed on a separate application server.

The back-end business logic of the Portal uses Web Services for real-time logging, retrieval and viewing of the data in the Oracle CRM OnDemand solution.

Solutions Portlet

Oracle CRM On Demand users are able to search the Solution Records where they are exposed to a matching list based on their search criteria. Once they locate a match the user clicks on the solution to expose the details.

This is helpful for users who are contacted by customers with an issue that has been inquired about previously, think of it as an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list.

Oracle CRM On Demand will record usage of the various solutions provding insight into which solutions have been the most helpful. Users are able to click “Yes – This answered my question” or “No – my question has not been resolved.”

Where the user responds “No“, they are directed to a page where they can “Create an Inquiry”.

Alerts Portlet

The Alerts Portal app is integrated with the Service Request functionality. This is an internal app for your staff and users of Oracle CRM On Demand.

The app shows an alert for a given user or alerts can be sent to a group of users, perhaps organised by departments within your business i.e. the sales team, to advise of a product shortage or putting a client on stop credit.

When your user enters the portal, hosted by CRMNow, they are presented with a list of currently active alerts, related to them.
