Various members of the CRMNow team support community organisations in their local area. Some do it in their personal time, some during work hours and others organisation are supported by the company. We believe that our ability to deliver a solid work product for our commercial clients can be balanced by the contribution we can make to the communities in which we work and live.
Members of our team have shared some of the community work they do and provided links to the organisations they’re associated with. They’d encourage you to contact these groups should you feel you have time to assist.
|“iTrack is an online mentoring program that focuses on preparing disadvantaged students for the transition from high school to either further study or work – a very important time in a young person’s life. The program provides students with the opportunity to develop relationships with trained, volunteer mentors who can help them explore their options for the future. These mentors connect students with information about workplace, study and career opportunities.”iTrack is currently operating in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.||
The iTrack Youth Mentoring program requires an hour of my day, once a week for about 18 weeks. Mentoring discussions take place online via a Smith Family IM service. There are two programs. One is 100% IM chat sessions for 18 weeks. The other is about 80% IM chat and is balanced with 3 face to face meetings spread across the 18 weeks.
I’ve been participating in this program since 2008 and I plan to keep going. It’s an amazing experience. It’s also a great way to give back, I’ve had weekly chats with my mentees while traveling to the US, Malaysia and Singapore.

The team at Miracle Babies (Aust) needed help graduating from excel spreadsheets to a CRM system. They’d accessed a free version of Salesforce.com’s CRM and needed help to configure the system.
Various members of the CRMNow team volunteered with initial consulting, configuration and training for the team at Miracle Babies.
They now have a robust, enterprise standard CRM which will serve them well over the coming years.
