I stumbled across Vanessa’s book at Dymocks on George Street, Sydney. The thing that attracted me to her book was her past employment at Google, she was their spokesperson responsible for communicating how their search engine algorithm works. The book provides excellent insight into the development of the Google search engine results. In addition, it helps you understand the additional Google tools i.e. Insights, Analytics etc. These two tools are a critical part of your role as a marketer. Sales would also find them valuable.
