Is it time for Social Media regulation?

Following the news that Samsung has been posting anonymous comments slamming rival HTC, is it time to introduce social media regulation?*

 

Having spent today with Oracle in Singapore attending Social Relationship Management training, this story caught my eye. Regulation will stifle what is magical about social media. The insight organisations can garnish from people’s messages and interactions is invaluable.
