Unique Insight Into What Financial Services Clients Want

In the last half of 2011, CRMNow and our partners have worked with a range of Australian Financial Services firms to understand how their clients want to engage. The survey has now been completed by over 400 individuals

The survey closes 31st December 2011 and the results will be analysed in January and the final report made public in February. For the participating companies, they will receive a confidential benchmarking report to see how they compare against their peers, providing never before available insight specifically around client engagement and the clients preference for the type or manner of engagement.
