I talk with our prospects and clients on a regular basis about how they’re trying to develop their Social Media “strategy”. My suggestion to them is to see social media as another communication channel, specifically a broadcast channel. It’s not a strategy on it’s own, it’s a tactic like your website is a tactic. Don’t let the tail wag the dog.
