CareerOne Seeks to better Understand its Customer Base

CRMNow client and Oracle CRM On Demand user, appeared in the IT section of the Australian newspaper Tuesday this week.

“CareerOne went live with Oracle CRM On Demand in April 2007 after a three- month implementation. About 55 staff have access to Oracle, including teams in sales, service and finance.”

Anne Matthews, CareerOne Customer Service Director, discusses the process CareerOne went through to select Oracle CRM On Demand and the pressure they were under to reduce manual errors within their data entry. Oracle CRM On Demand, through automated workflows and other benefits of the system as a whole, has almost eliminated the errors they were experiencing in the past.
